Usage: (bsd prog_name owner prefix)
Emit a string that contains the Free BSD Public License.
It takes three arguments:
prefix contains the string to start each output line.
owner contains the copyright owner.
prog_name contains the name of the program the copyright is about.
Arguments:
prog_name - name of the program under the BSD
owner - Grantor of the BSD License
prefix - String for starting each output line
